Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped in a cardboard box made of 70% recycled cardboard or in a padded envelope made from 100% recycled paper (for smaller products like wallets). Both are safely sealed with paper tape.

On-demand products are produced after they are ordered, this means they will take around 1 to 2 weeks longer to arrive. For high quantity orders of on-demand products delivery might even take up to 30 days.

Belgium

With our standard delivery option, products will be shipped by mail (BPost) and will generally arrive within 1 week after purchase. Please keep in mind that shipping times might differ due to external factors. From the moment the package arrives in the post office you will receive an email containing  your personal tracking code.

Local delivery is done by me personally by bike. These orders will not be delivered in boxes or envelopes unless requested so. Only a part of Antwerp is eligible for local delivery. We do recommend to choose this option if possible, it is CO2 neutral and Zero Waste

EU (Neighboring countries)

(Including: France, Germany, The Netherlands and Luxembourg)

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item once you received it. Items eligible for return must be in the same condition as you received it. If you want to return an item, please send us an email explaining why you want to return the order, before sending it back. Items which are sent back without notification will not be accepted. After you have notified us, you will receive an email back with a link to download the shipping label and pay for the shipping. Returns will be inspected upon arrival and you will be notified whether the refund is accepted.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong order, please take some photos of it and email them to jef@obvious-outdoor.com together with an explanation about the issue, so that we can work out a solution.
